- Fish Oil amber softgel: Marine lipid concentrate, gelatin, glycerin, purified water. Contains fish.
- Vitamin D3 tiny amber softgel: Olive oil, gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
- Probiotic vegetarian capsule: Hypromellose, maltodextrin, vegetable lipids, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and ascorbic acid. Contains soy and milk.
As a dietary supplement, take one packet daily with meals and a glass of water.
Take consistently every day for best results.
